Not living in Dallas, I just learned of the passing of Frances. Frances lived in the building where I lived and leased my unit several times to various clients after I moved from the city. I am so sorry to learn of her passing away, She leaves a hole in my heart.
On Saturday March 12, 2022, Frances Loudine Wayne, loving mother to two sons, grandmother and great grandmother and beloved friend to many passed away at the age of 80.
Frances was born in Woodward, Oklahoma on December 8, 1941 to Francis Hayward Cochran and Gladys Loudine Stroup. Frances was a smart, sensitive, and kind woman. Among her passions were several Mahjong groups in the Dallas area and traveling the world, particularly Europe and the Cancun area which she visited many times. Frances enjoyed a successful career as a realtor in Oklahoma and Texas. She was a gracious hostess and created family wherever she went.
Frances is preceded in death by her son Mark and survived by her son Todd Wayne of Dallas, Texas; and many friends throughout the world.
