Scott Howard Ptak age 39, passed December 15, 2015. He is survived by his wife Veronica Ptak, and his daughter Julianna Ptak and his father Barry Ptak. Scott was a devoted husband and father. He was loved by many for his kind heart, loving ways and his passion for life. He never knew a stranger and gave generously of his talents and time to anyone who asked and even those who didn't ask. He lived his life to the fullest in all he did. He was a mensch to many and family to all who knew and loved him.
